Advanced Computational Tools

• FurnaceMaster©: supports the design of various furnace types (regenerative, oxy, recuperative, electric, gas/electric hybrid, Centauro);
• RnB: useful in both verification and design phase, this tool can predict air and waste gas temperatures exiting a regenerator, depending on the overall dimensions of the structure and the packing layout chosen;
• FEM calculation tools: analyzes location and magnitude of thermal bridges in a glass furnace. Possibility to study complex geometries, including the dependence of materials' thermal conductivity on temperature itself.
